Athletes must wait outside the GYM entrance before they are allowed to enter the school by the coach. 

Things to bring to tryouts:

Running shoes, comfortable clothes, water bottle, and your LMS athletic permission slip signed. 

LMS Athletic Permission Slip: 

You will need to have the permission slip in order to try out. You may print the permission slip (school website under Athletics) or pick one up from the school office.
