  1. All 7th grade students should be up to date with TDAP requirement in order to receive class schedule.
  2. All forms included in the Round-up packet should be thoroughly completed.
  3. Every family will be required to complete the "Alternative Income Form"
  4. Lifetouch will be present to take student pictures
